CANCELLATION POLICY

Thank you for choosing our services. To respect your time and ours, please review our cancellation policy below. ■ Appointment Cancellation We require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. ■ Late Cancellation Fee Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will result in a 50% service fee charged to the card on file. ■ No-Show Policy Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the service total. ■ Card on File A valid credit/debit card is required to secure all appointments. Your card will only be charged in the event of: Late cancellations No-shows Policy violations ■ Cranial Prosthesis / Medical Wig Appointments Because these services require reserved blocks of time, custom fittings, or insurance documentation: A non-refundable deposit may be required for new clients. Missed appointments will result in forfeiting the deposit. ■ Grace Period We allow a 15-minute grace period. After that, your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled, and a fee may apply. ■ Rescheduling You may reschedule online or by contacting us. Multiple last-minute cancellations may require prepayment for future bookings.
